First off, RVD... I wanna say that I've been a huge fan of yours for forever, but never the hugest internet browser. Today's the first time I've seen your site, and I think it's totally awesome that you keep up with all of your fans like this. Thanks for being the man you are and entertaining and informing us like you have thru the years.

The question for you (and the other forum members) is this: Does weed have any real benefits pre-or post-workout? I'm an indy wrestler myself and try to keep in shape... I've been hitting the gym for three years now, but only recently started mixing ganja and workouts.

I've been told that marijuana gives you a temporary boost in metabolism (henceforth the munchies, supposedly) and that it can ease fatigue and strain, letting you go longer. Personally, I've noticed that I end up a lot more focused on the muscles and on the form I'm using... I feel like I get more out of it. I usually bike home from the gym totally blazed and feeling like a million bucks. :)

On the other hand, I've been told smoking increases your estrogen levels, and it's harder to end up as firm as you would be otherwise. Being an expert on both fitness and marijuana, I felt good coming to you for advice on that. Are the two something to mix or should they be kept separate?

SETTING THE RIGHT VIBRATION CAN HELP YOU FOCUS, EASE THE DISCOMFORT THAT ENDS YOUR SETS-MAKING MORE REPS POSSIBLE, MAKE SORE BODY PARTS ABLE TO COPE WITH AND MOTIVATE YOU BY KEEPING YOU IN A GOOD, POSITIVE MOOD.

THE ONE EXERCISE I CAN THINK OF IT WORKING AGAISNT YOU, MIGHT BE UNDER WATER DISATNCE SWIMMMING, AND THAT'S A MAYBE.
IT'S ALWAYS HARD TO KEEP THE THING LIT UNDER WATER ANYWAYS.

Haha! Thanks so much for the answer. Informative, and I got a laugh out of it!

I'm actually going to run and do a bit of both the subjects in question right now... and no worries, I'll avoid any distance swimming. :D Good luck in everything, man!
