Hey guys,

I recently took up baking, in order to gain a new skill, save some money, give my body some high-quality nourishment, avoid factory processed food and ingredients, and just to enjoy some awesome baked goods.

I thought that it'd be pretty sweet to share a specific baking book that I purchased over ebay. I originally discovered this book, and about the life of the author - Edward Espe Brown - through a documentary that I picked up from my local library titled, How
How to Cook Your Life
(2007). After viewing the documentary, I made it a personal mission to try out some of his recipes, and boy does he ever tell you how to make some densely nutritious bread, muffins, and other baked goods.

Other than that, I've been tapping into vegetarianism [although I still eat moderate amounts of fish], trying to eat more organic, purchasing local / farmer's market sold goods, gardening my own fruits and vegetables, and picking up cook/baking books from my local library.

Here's a link which provides a free preview of Edward Espe Brown's, Tassajara Bread Book. He is a Soto Zen Buddhist priest, and someone who has a world of knowledge in regards to baking, and buddism.

Enjoy!
Later all!
