Last year I went to a friends wedding. She had 1 of her family members sing a song during the ceremony or whatever. So all attention was at the front. Both bride and groom in their places. I was calm and just watching. I was sitting with my best friend and my now ex girlfriend.

Everyone stands up. Ok So her family member starts to sing. The notes start coming out. IT WAS HORRIBLE. Immediately I began laughing. Then I stopped for a second. Fighting my laughter. I lost. I started turning red from laughing so hard. I tried to stop and look down at the ground. Then I just busted out laughing which caused my best friend and ex gf to bust out laughing. I was crying. The singing was just so bad. I was praying to stop. I couldn't!

Luckily I was sitting towards the back but I know I disturbed people. After it was over we went to the reception and the photographer says to me, "I got it all on camera" and she mocks me laughing. Have any of you guys laughed inappropriately?

I watched this video which reminded me of my situation. Its a couple pastors I guess taking phone calls on tv. One guy calls in and starts singing. One of the pastors can't stop laughing.

But, yes, in all honesty, to answer your question, yes, I have. I have actually trained myself to laugh at people in response when they are rude to me. I get some real strange looks, but it works. When someone just goes off on me for no reason, I just start laughing, and they don't even know what to do with themselves. Most of the time, they will get embarrassed and walk off, and I will just keep laughing. It's an automatic reaction I have now, I've done it so much it just comes naturally. Can't help it, teehee.

Ha. Yea I've done that many times. Its just at the wedding I was probably pissing people off. It was kind of embarrassing but I couldn't help it.

2k12, it's pretty easy to do, actually. You just change the way you feel about rude people. Feelngs come from thoughts, so to change your feelings, you change your thoughts. So when someone is rude to you, instead of thinking "wow, that was rude", tell yourself "wow, that was funny", and after a little while, you will start thinking it on your own, then you will start feeling it. It will become automatic.
