So my girlfriend calls me up this morning all excited, and I could tell she was trying to kinda get me to tell her what I did this weekend without coming right out and asking me. So finally I just said, "Okay, just ask me already, snoopy! teehee! And she says, "I saw you canoodling with {blankity blank} on the square Sunday while I was having lunch, and y'all looked pretty cozy!"

I started laughing so hard I just about fell out of my chair. "Canoodling?" Really? Hahahahaha!!!! What the heck is "canoodling"? I'm sorry, but this is my first time with this word. What's she trying to say? That we were canoeing with noodles, or what? lol! That's a dang funny word!

So after I finished laughing, and got back in my chair, I had to look it up. Here's what Google says is the definition of "Canoodling":

"a mixture of snuggling, kissing, heavy petting, and making out."

. . . . . . . .

WE WERE NOT CANOODLING! I replied, upon seeing the definition of this new, funny, word. We were "hanging out" at best. And our conversation went on from there. (She was soooo wrong, we were not canoodling . . .)

But anyway, the word gave me an idea for this new thread. This can be our FUNNY WORD OF THE DAY thread! Teehee, haha! If you hear a word that just sounds funny, post it up here so we can all laugh at it.
