Ok so I am starting to do this blog regularly. I have a lot of my mind these days. And this time I typed something on my phone app while I was traveling. Which is defintely new. But had to get this out. I already apoligized to my fans in person, now here is one for you Vandamnasium people.

I am sorry I have not being the leader youguys deserve. I been going through a hard time, but that is no excuse to not work full throttle. Yes I miss my family, having no time for myself, and I know injury also mean nothing. I have lately turned into a woose and crying about these things. Well I have seen the error of my ways. It is time for me to get back to the top. I promise I'm going to be the leader everyone deserves.

I been listening to what RVD said on 5/10/12 and he is right either you have a easy life or a life of a warrior. So its time I shoot for the stars again. But I need each of my fans here on this site and other places to continue backing me up like you guys have done for so long now. I also what to thank everyone for sticking in with me during the good and bad times. You all are the reason I do what I do. Thank you for being in my corner day in and day out.

But I do wish I could take it easy right now I am after all very sick and still throwing up more then one time a day.

Advice: Never give up, never give in!!!!

Peace Out!!!

You are not alone, Bull. Everyone, everywhere has challenges to face and deal with and learn from. It's just a part of life. Thank you for having the courage to share and talk about some of your struggles. Am sorry that I haven't always responded to your blogs, just am not spending as much time online as I once did. Still. Appreciate your honesty and bravery. Hope that your message reaches people and that things get better.

For future reference, since hopefully by now you are healthly... Peppermint can help to soothe and calm the stomach. There are many other natural herbal remedies - chamomile, lavendar - that can be safely used to end vomitting but not all of them are easily found in stores. Have them in tea form because that will make them easier to digest and also reduces the risk of dehydration, which is always a major worry when someone is throwing up a lot.

However... If you are - or were - throwing up blood then you need to go to a doctor immediately, if not sooner. You do know that, right?

Keep taking care!

Courage & Peace
