Hi Olaf I don't think Rob has much time to help you out, but if you need any advice I'll help you out. I have nice muscles and I'm pretty fit. Anyway let me know any questions you have. But for now until you get a bit older I'd say work out about 4 days a week and do light weight. If you try to get huge muscles at your age you can get yourself hurt. Also since your still young I would recommend talking to your doctor about your fitness and/or talking to a physical trainer at your local gym. I just don't want to see you hurt.
