You guys hear about the situation up in Oakland Ca, where a transit officer shot and killed an unarmed 22-year old man because he thought he was holding his Taser gun in his hand instead of his killing gun?


That’s what they are-by the way, killing machines. You can argue that any pipe or knife or Chuck Norris’s feet can be used as a deadly weapon. but they ALL have other uses. Guns are made to kill.


So, back to Oakland-
People are pissed off that the officer is facing the lighter manslaughter charges instead of murder, so what do they do?
They riot and damage local businesses. Of course!

“The family's attorney John Burris said the shooting was intentional, and that he planned to ask Alameda County prosecutors to seek criminal charges against the officer. Burris said Grant, of Hayward, Calif., posed no threat to officers when a bullet entered his back and ricocheted to his lung area, killing him almost instantly.”
"The officer leaned (in), was straddling over him and pointed his gun directly into the backside and shot (Grant)," said Burris, adding that Grant was handcuffed -- after he was shot. "This was not a deadly force situation."
“Mario Pangelina, Mesa's brother who was riding on the same train, two cars behind Grant on Thursday morning, said Sunday he saw Grant beg police not to Taser him because of his child.”
"He kept saying, 'Please, please don't Tase me,"' Pangelina said. "He was not acting hostile."
Other witnesses said Grant was lying on his stomach on the station's platform when he was shot.
Recordings of the shooting by witnesses have surfaced and Burris said BART had confiscated numerous cell phone images from others he believes contain additional footage.”

It won’t be easy. I wouldn’t want to be locked in a cage for over 20 days and I’m no pampered princess! I don’t know why I’ve been following her car wreck of a media career. but I’m wondering if maybe, just maybe...after incident after incident of being busted for drinking and doing coke and being an obnoxious diva, before she was even old enough to legally be in the bars...could she maybe hit rock bottom and turn around?
Before you jump to a quick answer, let me add one thing.
Paris did it. After she did like 22 days, she straightened the fuck up!

I just read your blog RVD , about the unarmed guy getting shot by a transit officer .
And I think it is awful. I don't care if it was an accident or not by the transit officer.
But I think the transit officer did it on purpose . Because the transit officer knew what he was doing
when he reached for his gun . And their had been other cases
like this in the past where officers had shot and killed unarmed people.

And I think that the transit officer should face murder charges . Because , I don't
think it is right for the transit officer
to get lighter manslaughter charges . And I hate how things are nowadays . Because , we
all know when a person kills another person . That is murder !!!! But when a transit officer
or police officer shoot someone . The USA thinks that the transit officer or police officer should
get lighter charges because they work for the law enforcement .
And I don't think that is fair . Because I think that for anybody that shoots anybody .
I think they should all get murder charges . And I don't think it should matter if they
work for something like law enforcement or not .

And now this poor family will suffer this guy's loss the rest of their lives. This "mistake"
should NEVER have happened. The cop needs to spend at least 50 years in prison.
How could he mistake his gun for his taser? Idiot cops. Tragic and unnecessary.

It's about An ex-convict who thought he was being robbed ,had gunned down a 12-year-old trick-
or-treater on halloween , spraying nearly 30 rounds with an assault rifle from inside his home
after hearing a knock on the door . And I think that the kid would of still been alive today if the
ex-convict would of put a no trespassing sign in his yard or even a sign what said no
trick-or-treaters on halloween . And since this happened on Halloween . This is why
I think Halloween is one of the most dangerous times of the year for kids to go door-to-door
trick-or-treating.
And It doesn't matter if the kid's parents bring their kids door-to-door trick-or-treating or not.Because
they are still risking their life .
Because their are people
like that ex-convict what exist in this world who will
open up fire on anyone .
But if kids decide to go to church festivals instead of door-to-door trick-or-treating on Halloween.
Then I think that is much safer for them than
going door-to-door
trick-or-treating on Halloween . And that is why their are chuches all over the world what
have chuch festivals on Halloween . Because, the churches care for the kid's safety .
