New post Rob's diet?
We've all seen the 5 Star Workout videos. I'd personally like to hear something related to special eating habits. Rob, do you have any special dietary advice along with your workout routines? Do you, yourself, follow a special diet? Do you take any sort of protein supplements before or after you workout?

I mostly count protein grams and try to get as much as I can in a day. The formula for getting bigger is 2 grams per lb of body weight.
That's not easy! Even 1 1/2 grams is a lot of work.
Protein shake are about 50% of my intake, and the best tasting and dissolving is Syntha 6.

It all depends on how you want to gain it. If you want a body like RVD, like he said. Protein protein protein. BUT you need to work out to supplement the eating. Misconception of a lot of people who get bigger but just look like a mess. Uptake your calories but work out at the gym as well for at least 1:30 hours a day.
